Thank you to Knights of Columbus for hosting a trivia night to benefit the Honor Flight of the Quad Cities! The funds received will help us send more Quad City Veterans to visit the war memorials in Washington, D.C.
Thanks so much Harcros Chemicals, Inc. for helping us send more Veterans on our Honor Flights to Washington DC. They presented a $5,000 check to Honor Flight Board members on Friday, October 21.
Teachers, Kris Yingling, Becky Atherton and Travis Hartman, from the West Carroll Primary School in Savanna, IL came to the airport early Tuesday morning before flight #53 took off for DC to present Honor Flight board members, Stephen Garrington and Margie Hansen, with a check for $3,682. Money was raised at a Bike-A-Thon Fundraiser put on by the 4th grade class. Thank you for helping us send more veterans on honor flights!
